Should I make reservations for my treatments?
Yes, either phone, 242/350-7000, or visit the spa to make reservations at your earliest convenience. |

What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel. To avoid charges, please honor our two-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than two hours notice will be subject to full charge. |

What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe for your treatments. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. |

Should men shave before a facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial. |
|||

When should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatments will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. |

May I bring my valuables?
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the safe provided in your guest room. We will not assume any liability for valuables. |
