GENERAL CONDITIONS OF DVI FREEPORT U.S., LLC.M d/b/a Grand Bahama Vacations/Driftwood Vacations Ð 1170 Lee Wagener Boulevard, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33315-3561
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
If a reservation is made more than 60 days prior to departure, a $100 per person deposit (except Dec 24 - 31 departures, a $150 per person non-refundable deposit) which can be made by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa) is required not later than 12 days after the reservation is made or the reservation will be canceled automatically. Final payment is required not later than 45 days prior to departure (except Dec 24 - 31 departures, final payment is due 60 days prior to departure) and can be made by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL BY THE TIME SPECIFIED WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION AND A REFUND OF THE INITIAL DEPOSIT LESS $50 PER PERSON ($150 per person Dec 24 - 31 departures).

Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa), or cash with the following exceptions. No personal checks will be accepted within 14 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 21 days* (28 days on Dec 24 - 31 departures) prior to departure, payment is accepted only by credit card at the time of booking. All checks and money orders must be made payable to Grand Bahama Vacations, 1170 Lee Wagener Boulevard, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.

TOUR PRICE
Published package rates are based on standard category. The tour prices (adults and children) on overnight packages do not include U.S.& Bahamian Government taxes, local airport fees and September 11 security fee. The Bahamas departure tax and airport fee of $20 per person is payable in cash at the airport upon departure from Grand Bahama Island. Grand Bahama Vacations prices do not include taxes introduced or increased after the date hereof, all discretionary items of a personal nature and all items not disclosed in the itinerary/brochure. INSTABILITY IN FUEL PRICES MAY NECESSITATE FUEL SURCHARGES. Advice will be given at the time of booking.
CHILDREN'S RATES
One Child (under 12) Eats & Stays Free at the Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino, one child per full paying guest. All other hotels = Children's rate (under 12 at time of travel) available only when staying in same room with two full paying guests.
INSURANCE/ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Trip cancellation/health and personal accident/baggage insurance is available and STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, as Grand Bahama Vacations does not accept responsibility for such damage. The passenger voluntarily assumes all risks incurred in the travel and tour, whether expected or unexpected. Travel Insurance must be purchased by all occupants of room.
CANCELLATION TERMS • Grand Bahama Vacations may cancel at any time and will make a full refund. Grand Bahama Vacations does not guarantee any rates, prices, reservations or schedules and arrangements of the suppliers of services nor of any weather, health or other conditions. Grand Bahama Vacations may, without notice, substitute alternate carriers or aircraft and may alter or omit stopping places in case of necessity. Passengers booking connecting flights, particularly when the tickets issued for these flights preclude last-minute changes, are advised to allow ample time (minimum 3 hours, preferably overnight)between the connecting flights and the Grand Bahama Vacations flight. All connecting flight reservations are made at the risk of the consumer who hereby agrees to assume the cost of any loss in the event of a change to the original flight schedule. GRAND BAHAMA VACATIONS cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by consumers owing to a missed flight connection, whatever the reason.
THE RIGHT TO REFUNDS IF THE PASSENGER CHANGES PLANS IS LIMITED.
Passengers who wish to change plans or cancel must notify Grand Bahama Vacations, 1170 Lee Wagener Blvd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, 800-545-1300 as soon as possible. Passengers who cancel or change reservations within 21 days prior to departure (28 days on Dec 24 Ð 31 departures), passengers, will be charged the total cost of the tour unless a substitute is found by either the passenger, Grand Bahama Vacations or its sales agent in which case the passenger will be charged a $50 per person ($150 per person on Dec 24 Ð 31 departures) administration fee. Outside of 21 days prior to departure (28 days on Dec 24 Ð 31 departures), passengers will be charged a $50 per person administration fee for cancellation, ($150 on Dec 24 Ð 31 departures).
AIR TRANSPORTATION
Scheduled air transportation is provided by Laker Airways (Bahamas) Limited or substitute.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger will have a baggage allowance of 2 pieces which together have a maximum dimension of 106 in. in length plus breadth plus height. No bag may exceed 62 in. and/or 70 lbs. In addition, one piece of hand baggage (not exceeding dimensions of 14 in. deep by 14 in. wide by 9 in. high) may be taken on board the aircraft providing it fits under the seat. The Air Carrier's liability for loss, damage, or delay of baggage shall not exceed $9.07 per pound for checked, and $400.00 per person for unchecked baggage. Any concerns over luggage should be brought to the attention of the appropriate airport representative prior to leaving the airport. Cash, jewelry, negotiable securities, cameras/equipment or other items of major value should not be packed as Grand Bahama Vacations assumes no responsibility for any property. BAGGAGE INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE IS RECOMMENDED.
RESPONSIBILITY
Unless caused by its own negligence, Grand Bahama Vacations is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or loss of property caused by any Air Carrier, hotel, or other supplier of services in connection with the tour. Grand Bahama Vacations and/or its agents act only as agents for the passengers with respect to the hotels, transportation (whether by air, limousine, taxi or motorcoach), sightseeing and other services and as such holds itself free of liability for any injury, death, delay or damage from any cause whatsoever. Additional restrictions may be imposed on a flight by the foreign government involved. If landing rights are denied by a foreign government, the flight will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. The Air Carrier will not be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not aboard its plane or conveyance. Island activities are through outside concessionaires. Some activities pictured or mentioned in this brochure are not within the control of The Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino or Grand Bahama Vacations.
CHANGES
All rates and features are subject to availability and change without notice. No agent, employee or representative of Grand Bahama Vacations has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of this contract. Grand Bahama Vacations may delay or modify its services at any time for reasons of force majeure, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of God, unusual weather conditions or any other cause beyond its control.
IDENTIFICATION/PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
To enter The Bahamas, American citizens are required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, which can be in the form of a valid (or expired) passport or naturalization papers or original birth certificate issued by a state authority with a raised seal, plus picture identification. A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND VOTERÕS REGISTRATION CARD ARE NOT VALID PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP. Non-U.S. citizens must be in possession of a valid passport and any other documentation as required. Passengers who are not U.S. citizens must check with their local consulate regarding entry requirements. Passengers must be prepared to produce positive identification which matches the name on their airline ticket. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding without a refund.
* 7 days if traveling from Ft. Lauderdale or 3 days if traveling from Ft. Lauderdale and staying at The Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino.
