Fill out the online form (including credit card # and expiration date), click on the acceptance waiver and you,re registered. Be sure to select either Packet Mail-Back ($20 if you would like us to mail your packet back to you) or Packet Pick-Up ($15 if you are going to pick up your packet at Runner's Den before November 6 - 10, at the Fitness Expo on November 11, or on race day) There is a minimal fee for online registration.

REGISTER BY MAIL
September 8 - October 27

$20 Mail In/Mail Back. Fill out registration form completely, sign, enclose payment and mail in. We will mail back your complete race packet, including your T-shirt, bib number, instruction book, Pasta on the Plaza ticket and parking information. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than October 27, 2000.

$15 Mail in/Pick up. Fill out registration form completely, sign, enclose payment and mail in. Then pick up your packet at Runner,s Den, 6505 N. 16th St., between November 6-10, or at the Fitness Expo on November11. All packets not picked up in advance may be picked up on race day after 6:30 a.m. at the Race Packet Pick-up table. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than October 27, 2000. Confirmation of mail-in entries will not be sent.

WELLS FARGO OR ARIZONA ALBERTSONS
September 14 - November 1

Pick up and drop off your completed, signed registration form at any Arizona Wells Fargo branch, Phoenix area Hi-Health Stores or Albertsons customer service desk. Be sure to select either Packet Mail-Back ($20 if you would like us to mail your packet back to you) or Packet Pick-Up ($15 if you are going to pick up your packet at Runner,s Den before November 6 - 10, at the Fitness Expo on November 11, or on race day.) The first 200 people to register at Wells Fargo will receive a free sport towel in their race packet.

ATHLETIC STORE/INSTANT REGISTRATION
September 14 - November 5

Early registration (Sept. 14 - Nov. 5) $15 fee. Go to any of the running stores listed to register and you will receive your packet immediately when you register by November 5. Discount applies only to early registration. Late registration (November 6–11.) $20 fee. Late in-store registration ends Friday, November 10 at 5:00 p.m. at all locations except The Fitness Expo at the Phoenix Civic Plaza and Runner,s Den, which will have registration Saturday, November 11 until 4:30 pm. $20 Late Registration will continue at Pasta on the Plaza from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Phoenix Civic Plaza.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION
November 11, 7:00 - 8:15 a.m.

In-line Skate & Hi-Health Wheelchair Athletes, 10K $25 race-day registration fee. Race-day registration will take place on the Plaza at Phoenix Civic Plaza, outside halls D&E. Early arrival and carpooling is advised. November 12, 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. All other events$25 race-day registration fee. Race-day registration will take place on the Plaza at Bank One Ballpark. Early arrival and carpooling is advised
