| The company has completed a dramatic $42 million renovation of the property,
creating a sleek new resort complex offering two distinctive hotel options
surrounded by verdant green parks with walking trails, ponds and waterfalls, and
a million gallon beach pool with two water slides, designed to bring the beach to
the guest. A complete family oriented entertainment area with a spa, fitness area
and a fully-supervised children's program, Fat Cats Beach Club, and kid's only
restaurant, Odie's, has been added. The renovation features new furniture and
fixtures in the guest rooms and public areas, re-theming and redesigning several
of the restaurants and lounges. A $6 million complete redesign of the Emerald and
Ruby golf courses by the Fazio Design Group features two championship 18-hole
golf courses with more challenging play, enhanced amenities, and distinct design.
The resort added two new golf pros and a program that includes new rates,
equipment, clinics and instruction techniques. The casino received a major $12
million enhancement with new games, equipment, design and a new lounge, Tonic.

| The Tower has been flagged as the Crowne Plaza and the Country Club as the Holiday Inn Sunspree, creating the first dual branded project in The Bahamas and offering guests the benefits of both brands. The Crowne Plaza offers a four-star hotel experience with a quiet retreat for mature adults, honeymoon couples and high rollers seeking life's little luxuries. | The Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino offers one of the largest meeting facilities on Grand Bahama Island featuring more than 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, as well as full catering service for groups of all sizes. The banquet and meeting facilities are ideal for family reunions, social clubs, incentives, business meetings and special interest groups such as golf and diving. Group Specialists are available to give meeting planners immediate information on group availability and rates, and will work closely with meeting planners to assist in assuring the groups' special needs are met. On-site sales personnel are available to host site inspections and act as liaison for all groups while on the island. Two rooms have audiovisual equipment and staging facilities plus multiple electrical/microphone outlets, phones & individual controls for sound, music, a/c & electricity.
